Electronics Assembly Technician

About the role:

We are looking for a specialist with solid hands-on experience in electronics assembly who can independently drive tasks to completion. The work includes prototypes, small-batch production, and close collaboration with engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Assembly and soldering of prototype PCBs;

• Preliminary testing of prototype units;

• Electronics assembly;

• UAV/drone assembly;

What matters to us:

• Experience with through-hole and SMD assembly (soldering, electronics assembly);

• Understanding of the full assembly process - from PCB to finished unit;

• Ability to work accurately and maintain consistent quality;

• Experience with measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope);

• Basic understanding of electronic circuits and schematics;

• Technical education (electronics, radio engineering, or related field);

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with BGA components;

• Experience working with prototypes or R&D projects;

• Experience in small-batch manufacturing;
