Quality Engineer
Autonomous Engineering R&D Ukraine is an engineering company specializing in the development and design of unmanned systems.
Due to the launch and expansion of our manufacturing operations, we are looking for a Quality Engineer to build and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) from scratch.
What We Expect from You:
3+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment;
Proven track record of building or implementing a Quality Management System;
Experience in developing quality procedures, work instructions, and acceptance criteria;
Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements;
Proficiency in reading and working with technical documentation;
Systematic approach, attention to detail, and the ability to establish processes independently;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) in production from scratch;
Establish quality control across all manufacturing stages and define key control points;
Develop necessary instructions, SOPs, and testing methodologies for production units;
Perform final quality control of finished products to ensure compliance with technical requirements;
Manage defect claims/complaints and continuously scale the quality system alongside business growth.
